Hochreiter’s wood gas CHP HODEUTZ V6 Turbo

• 150kW electric at 1500 rpm
• 230kW thermal

The existing plant originally had a wood gasifier with a 45kWel combined heat and power (CHP) unit.
The plant was expanded in 2022 to include an identical wood gasifier. In addition, the existing CHP unit was replaced by a more powerful Hochreiter – Holzgas BHKW HODEUTZ V6 150kWel, thus increasing the plant capacity by more than three times.

With a thermal output of the CHP of approx. 230 kW, up to 25 single-family homes can be sustainably supplied with heat.
